- Behind the scenes we work on before and after images which can be sent to you after your cleans.
- Rotas are planned well in advance and continuously updated to ensure that everything runs smoothly and any issues are quickly resolved.
- As the Business Owner, Becky works late on more training, resources, admin and looks over clients messages to ensure that communication always runs effectively.
- We're always trying to find new ways to improve the small touches.. from toilet rolls, tidy towels, beds made to small surprises for your little ones to come home too. We even go to the lengths of leaving thoughtful gifts behind for our clients special occasions - New baby, congratulating a wedding, moving into their new home and so much more!
- Laundry is done regularly to ensure that all cleaning cloths are clean, hygienic and safe for the next client.
- Stock ordering and equipment prep are handled ahead of time, tools are checked and maintained regularly to ensure high standards.

Products & Equipment
We bring a whole warehouse of products and equipment to all of our services. There's no stopping us from getting your property back to a sparkling and shiny state - whether it's for our regular domestics, EOT clients, deep cleans and move ins or just one off. There is no better feeling than coming home to a fresh, clean and tidy house after a long day and this is what we pride ourselves on the most!
We colour code our cloths to ensure the highest possible standards when it comes to hygiene and safety:
- Blue & Purple - Bathrooms
- Orange - Dusting
- Green - Mirrors
- Yellow - Kitchens
All of our cloths are washed on an allergy setting at 60 degrees using a laundry cleanser that kills 99.9% bacteria and then are tumble dried on low heat - Giving a clean, hygienic and safety feel ready for the next client.
TOILETS - Please note that due to hygiene reasons we do not use any cloths on toilets. Instead, we use toilet roll to wipe and flush the germs away. A more much hygienic and safer way of cleaning to avoid cross contamination.
BLEACH - We are a Bleach free zone and do not use any bleach based products across our cleaning services.

Currently we offer two different packages: Our timed packages and our organisation packages.
Both packages are timed sessions and any additional time required beyond the allocated hours will incur an extra charge.
