How much do we charge?

We work on a fixed-price basis across of all our services rather than charging by the hour.

This is because every property, site and situation is different, with varying levels of work and individual requirements. 

Fixed pricing allows us to focus on providing a thorough, high-quality service without being restricted by the clock. 

Our prices are based on factors such as the size and condition of the property, the type of service required and the overall level of support needed.

What are your 
working hours?

Our working hours are Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm. 

Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. 

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24-48 hours. Any messages received on weekends will be responded to on the next working day. 

Please note, it may take longer during busier periods.
