How much do you charge?
All of our prices are bespoke and tailored to each individual enquiry. It all depends on the service that you require and the size of your property.

What areas do we cover?
We are based in a small village in South Oxfordshire - Steventon.
We cover Steventon, Drayton, Harwell, Sutton Courtenay, Grove, Didcot (GWP area) & South Abingdon.
What are your working hours?
Our working hours are Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 6pm.
Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm and we aim to respond to all enquiries within 24-48 hours. Any messages received on weekends will be responded to on the next working day.
Do I need to be at home?
You are more than welcome to be at home during the service but you also don't need to be. We have a key/access policy. We just kindly ask that any pets are secured, and any food preparation is avoided until after the service is complete to avoid any health and safety risks.
Do you bring your own products/equipment?
Yes, All professional products and equipment are provided.
What if I need to cancel/reschedule?
We completely understand that plans change and we will try our best to accommodate. We do operate a 48 hour cancellation policy so if there is any reason to cancel it must be made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time or a full payable charged may be issued.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are insured.
What add on services do you offer?
We can offer additional services such as:
- Blinds/inside windows
- Fridge cleans
- Microwave cleans
- Bed changing
- Laundry - Ironing
- Kitchen and Bathroom internal cupboards and cabinets
